Pennie Philemon

Pennie Philemon serves as our Project Coordinator and plays an important role in keeping each project organized, efficient, and on track. With her construction experience and strong attention to detail, Pennie is able to anticipate project needs, support the field team, and help ensure work continues moving smoothly from one phase to the next. She works closely with both clients and the construction team to maintain clear communication, coordinate schedules, and keep important details from falling through the cracks. Her ability to stay organized and proactive helps create a smoother experience for everyone involved, from the early planning stages through project completion. Outside of work, Pennie enjoys camping with close friends and family, as well as ATV riding with her husband.
