David Laney serves as our Superintendent and brings the skill, work ethic, and attention to detail that come from being a third-generation carpenter. With a lifetime of hands-on experience in residential construction, David understands what it takes to build with quality, precision, and long-term durability in mind. In his role, David helps oversee each project from start to finish, working closely with the team to keep communication clear, schedules coordinated, and quality standards consistent throughout every phase of the build. His practical field experience allows him to identify details that matter, solve problems efficiently, and help ensure the finished work reflects the level of craftsmanship our clients expect. David’s goal on every project is simple: to help deliver safe, durable, and well-built spaces while maintaining professionalism, integrity, and trust from the first day on site to the final walkthrough.
