We had decided to add extensive moulding, trimwork and a walnut floor to our remodel, and Steve literally did the work and design himself because he knew the look we were trying to achieve. His subcontractors were men that I felt comfortable with being in our home. Steve and I were in constant communication so that I always knew who was going to be coming to the house and what work was happening. Problems are inevitable, and the character of the contractor makes all the difference in these situations. Steve quickly and openly discussed solutions and costs and acted as our advocate.
